The famous misconception of Chihuahua’s |
|
We come in all shapes and sizes and this doesn’t mean there is
more than one breed. A well proportioned Chihuahua, a very tiny one
or a larger than usual one, are all considered Chihuahuas! The terms
are implemented when a personal specification is needed. For instance, a tiny
dog is desired “teacup” signifies the proportion over all. A “deer” Chihuahua
is thin and almost to perfect proportions, no dog is perfect. Also there is the
traditional Chihuahua. Usually 5 to 8 pounds and markings like a Rottweiler. I
happen to own one. I own 3 Chihuahuas, a “tea cup”, a “deer” and a traditional
Chihuahua. I have had dogs around most of my life. I believe having a dog is a
big part in evolving the mentality and
progressing as a human being. This is simply just my opinion. A Chihuahua will
give you a world of knowledge, fun and affection. Each breed is a world on its own
and worth exploring. American Kennel Club only recognizes Chihuahuas as one breed.
